I am Karrington Wheeler

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always had this creative streak in me. I would draw pictures, write music, play instruments, write plays, and so much more. So when it was time for me to decide what I wanted to do with my life, I knew it had to be something within the creative field. I knew I didn't want to be stuck behind a desk my whole life. 

 

During my high school years is when I came to a  realization that I had a love for film/television and wanted to learn more about it. I ended up applying to the Montclair State University film department and  I am happy to say that I am now about to graduate from Montclair with my bachelor of fine arts in Filmmaking. My school journey is coming to an end but the real journey starts now.

I have directed 4 short films and have other smaller films that I have shot throughout my college career. I specialize in Assistant Directing, however, I am also very much interested in other departments such as sound design, casting, producing, and others.
